Welcome to Ideal Beauty Palace. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Booking & Appointments
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Timeframe: We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done within the 48-hour window. Late rescheduling may incur a fee.
No-Show Fees: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount or forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
3. Deposits and Advance Payments
- Some services may require a deposit or full advance payment to secure your booking.
- Deposits are generally non refundable unless otherwise stated by us in writing.
- Where a deposit is paid, it may be adjusted against your final bill on the day of the appointment.
- If you fail to attend or cancel late, your deposit may be forfeited.
4. Service Description
Ideal Beauty Palace offers a range of premium beauty services, subject to availability and booking confirmation.
- Hair Services: Hair styling, hair treatments, keratin related services, and other selected hair care services.
- Makeup Services: Bridal makeup, party makeup, formal event makeup, and related beauty preparation services.
- Skin and Beauty Services: Selected beauty treatments, skincare support services, and general salon care services.
- Training and Classes: Beauty related classes, workshops, and training sessions where available.
All services are subject to consultation, suitability, availability, and salon scheduling.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We utilize encryption for sensitive data transfers and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delays for other clients.
- Patch Testing: Some services require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment. It is your responsibility to attend this if requested.
- Health and Safety: You must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or relevant medical history before your treatment.
- Aftercare: To support the safety, quality, and longevity of your treatment, you agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by our team.
- Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the salon. We encourage you to keep valuables with you at all times. We won’t be responsible for your loss.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- Limitation of Liability: Ideal Beauty Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, website, or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Allergic Reactions: While we use quality products and professional care, allergic reactions or sensitivities can still occur. We are not liable for adverse reactions where patch testing was declined, aftercare instructions were not followed, or relevant medical information was not disclosed.
- Results May Vary: Individual results from beauty and salon treatments will vary depending on hair type, skin type, previous treatments, condition, and compliance with aftercare instructions.
- Professional Advice: Any guidance, recommendation, or advice provided by our staff is for general informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice or consultation with a qualified health professional.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service where we believe the treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the best interest of the client or our staff.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Ideal Beauty Palace unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
